Scrappy the rescued kitten

Awwwwwww! That’s so sweet! It reminds me of last year when our cat, Roma (named after Roma Downey), had a litter of kittens. She disappeared about a week after her kittens were born and my Mom found them out behind our toolshed. They were all crying for their Mommy, and we didn’t know what had happened to her. There were six kittens, and we brought all of them into the house and began the process of raising them by hand. We bottle-fed them, littterbox trained them, weaned them, socialized them and everything! My favorite part was bottle-feeding the kittens. There’s something really sweet and precious about the sight of a baby animal nursing from a bottle. It just tugs at your heartstrings! All the kittens survived and they’re all in new homes now. It feels good knowing that we were able to save their lives.
Little Scrappy is just adorable. Bless your heart for doing something so compassionate for a helpless baby animal!
