Thanks! She is also very smart. She can sit, paw, lie down, roll over, spin around, crawl and ’speak’. We love her to bits!

This puppy is very cute but looks like a toy dog and looks likes its running on batteries to do all those tricks. even so very cute.

Words cannot describe her. Can you possibly tell me where you got her, so if it is anywhere near me I can get one from the same source? Or could you tell them so they could contact me?
I have wanted a blue merle for many years. Had a Collie when I was young and have never gotten over the experience. Have saved many dogs from shelters or other situations, but my heart has always belonged to the Collie. We are beginning to look, but have not found anything that can touch that sweetheart that you have found. May you have years of love with her.

I live in northern New York, near Canada, and have not found anyone with blue merles in this area. Oh, she is just too precious for words.

oh my goodness! she is absolutely adorable!
i’m getting a border collie puppy soon, she’s 2 weeks old but i don’t know if she’s blue merle or not. i’m going to visit her this weekend and i really hope shes a blue merle. they are so cute =) i also hope i can train mine as well and fast as you did, haha.

I have a blue merle border collie and her name is Piper. She was a cute fur ball when we got her. She came from New Hampshire and she was 6 wks old, she’s going to be 5 yrs. old Dec 16th. They are the smartest dogs going I think.

Hi Maria,
We got Izzy from a fantastic breeder in Birmingham, UK. Unfortunately she isn’t planning on any more litters so you will need to find a good breeder. Do your research, talk to the breeders first and make sure you know exactly what to look for if you do get to view any pups. You will preferably need to see both parents of the pups, check they have clear eyes, noses and bums! Ask if they are up to date with injections, have they been seen by a vet, have they been wormed? A good breeder will want to ask you lots of questions too, i.e is your garden enclosed, who will be at home with the pup, are you prepared for the amount of exercise a collie needs!
Collies are very active dogs but also need a lot of mental stimulation too so you need to keep them busy with lots of toys, training and games!
Good luck with your search, I hope you find your blue merle!

hi i have just addopted a blue merle border collie, hes 3 yrs old and gorgeous, thinking of letting him make pups before he gets his little boys opperation as i would love another one off him as he is so good natured with my 1 yr old and so very pretty. perfect but for lead and recall, ANY HINTS would be good as hes not intrested in food or praise…
